Our products pass through several stages of inspections. These stages includes inspection of materials received in the stores, samples inspection of every operation of each job carried out in the shop floor, final inspection of components as well as final products etc.
Our belief that necessary documentation for the inventory control and record of each pump manufactured with its technical details?.have resulted in flawless systems within the company. For the special jobs, work order is made with instruction of special features and circulated among every responsible persons of the organization. All processed parts are checked for 100% assurance for its dimensional compatibility and tolerance as laid per the quality assurance plan.
The performance testing is carried out on all the assembled pumps with the respect to its capacity and power consumption at different pressures.
The test bed includes:
– Oil storage tank of capacity 600 liters and 4000 liters.
– Instrument panel for recording the power.
– Fixtures for mounting different sizes of pumps.
– Motors of different rating.
– Viscosity measuring instrument.
– Digital Tacho meter for measuring motor speed.
– DB meter for measuring the noise level.
– Flow meter for flow measurment.
